Book & show - Stefan Serneels

De console and Stefan Serneels worked together to develop the reproduction of a long drawing, to make the work accessible through the form of a “Leporellobook”. This type of book, a harmonicalike folded sizeable piece of paper, makes all of the drawing’s separate parts more readable for its “readers”. At the same time it divides up the drawing in quasi separate pieces, consistent with Serneels’ fragmentary way of building an image in general.

For this project Sven Vanderstichelen wrote a text based on several interviews with the artist.
